New Patient Process
What to expect when beginning care
at Knight Chiropractic.

FIRST VISIT
Includes a consultation, thorough chiropractic examination, and any necessary x-rays.
 Gowning is only necessary if low back x-rays are taken.
 Takes about 60 minutes including time to complete the intake forms.

SECOND VISIT- Your Report of Findings
 There is a short introductory videotape that gives you background information that is necessary in order to understand the information given at your report.
 The findings from your examination are thoroughly explained to you including findings from any x-rays that were taken.
 Recommendations for an initial course of care are given.
 The cost of the recommendations is also discussed so that you understand prior to beginning care what your expenses and choices will be.
 If you agree to the treatment plan, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
 This visit takes about 40 minutes including the introductory videotape.

Continuing Care
Following your initial course of care, you will choose the type of ongoing care that works best for you.

The choices are:
 Wellness Care - For people who understand that regular adjustments to correct subluxations have significant health benefits and who want to make a long term commitment to regular care, Wellness Care is available for a low monthly fee.
 Maintenance Care - Getting adjusted every 3-6 weeks helps to maintain the improvement attained your initial care and it can address many of the subluxations that occur in our daily lives.
 Crisis Care - Some people choose to wait until they have symptoms to get adjusted. While this may seem illogical, we understand that your life can get busy and you forget to get adjusted until a symptom reminds you
